DefinitionAverage NDF (Neutral Detergent Fiber) content of a harvested crop, expressed as a percentage based on dry substance. NDF represents the cell wall fraction including hemicellulose, cellulose, and lignin.
CommentThe average NDF content in the harvested crop for a task. Expressed as a percentage of total dry substance of the task, based on sensor measurements. The applied measurement or analysis method may be referenced via DDI 700 (Nutrient Analysis Method) to ensure transparency and comparability.
