DefinitionActual Ash content of a harvested crop, expressed as a percentage based on dry substance. Ash represents the total mineral content remaining after complete combustion of the crop.
CommentThe actual Ash content in the harvested crop at the time of measurement. It is expressed as a percentage of total dry substance and is measured by a sensor. The applied measurement or analysis method may be referenced via DDI 700 (Nutrient Analysis Method) to ensure transparency and comparability.
