DefinitionActual Lipids content of a harvested crop, expressed as a percentage based on dry substance. Lipids represent the generic fat fraction of the crop, including all extractable triglycerides and related compounds.
CommentThe actual Lipids content in the harvested crop at the time of measurement. It is expressed as a percentage of total dry substance and is measured by a sensor. The applied measurement or analysis method may be referenced via DDI 700 (Nutrient Analysis Method) to ensure transparency and comparability.
