DefinitionActual Crude Protein content of a harvested crop, expressed as a percentage based on dry substance. Crude Protein is the estimated total protein content of the crop derived from nitrogen concentration.
CommentThe actual Crude Protein content in the harvested crop at the time of measurement. It is expressed as a percentage of total dry substance and is measured by a sensor. The applied measurement or analysis method may be referenced via DDI 700 (Nutrient Analysis Method) to ensure transparency and comparability.
